By placing an order on this website you are offering to make a purchase subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price. We work hard to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. We do not give any guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness and we are not responsible or liable for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. When placing an order, you agree to and accept the terms of our Delivery, Returns and Payment Options as detailed on this website. When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order, and does not oblige us to supply you with the products you have ordered at the prices given. Our Customer Services team will process your order, and will inform you of delivery time and if products are delayed or unavailable. A contract is not formed between us until we despatch your goods, and we send you confirmation by email of the goods sent at the time of dispatch. All prices on the website are aimed to be correct at the time of publishing but we reserve the right to alter prices without prior consent or notice. Discounts and special prices are valid until 23:59 on the last day of any Sale and or Offer period. Offers cannot be combined with any other discount and do not apply to seconds or clearance items. Guarantee
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality. As such, unlike most online furniture retailers, we are able to offer a two year guarantee on all products against manufacturing defects. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery. Additionally, for 2 years we offer to visit you in your home to address any problem you may have with your furniture. There are some things that aren’t covered by your guarantee. For example, deliberate damage - like treating it roughly or not using the right products to maintain it. It also doesn’t cover your sofa for use in a workplace or business - only for use in your home, don’t forget your 2 year guarantee only belongs to you, So if you sell or give away your sofa, the guarantee ends.
As a consumer you have certain rights regarding defective goods and this guarantee is given in addition to and not in substitution of your statutory rights. This guarantee applies to mainland UK only. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are guarantee against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. sheeshaminteriors.co.uk reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel.
