Premium Delivery & Assembly

Our Premium Delivery and Assembly Service is available to all customers in England, Wales, mainland Scotland. Our specialists will deliver your furniture to your room of choice and offer expert in-room assembly for most items.

Please note that the first time you hear from us may be when we call you to book your delivery slot. Please rest assured that your order is in our system, and we are doing everything we can to update customers on their order status where possible.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time frames are provided in good faith, based on estimates provided by our suppliers. From time to time, global events may have an impact on our lead times, but please rest assured we’ll be doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

On delivery day

Install your furniture exactly where you would like it in the room of your choice

Remove (and recycle) all of the packaging

Make sure that everything is exactly as you want it

Our collection service

If you prefer, you can use our collection service instead of our delivery service. Most items are available for collection from a Aizah Interior collection point.

How to report a damaged item

In the unlikely event there are signs of transit damage when your order is unwrapped in your home, a member of our delivery team will liaise with you to sort the problem, where possible. For more information, please refer to our Return & Cancellation page for step-by-step advice.
