Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your furniture, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and arrange collection if needed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 21 business days to your original payment method.
